Easily report
from Microsoft Dynamics CRM in seconds.

 

Atlas provides real-time access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM via a web service that exposes the structure and security of this system. Using this, the full range of Atlas reporting capabilities is available for you to use. To login, you’ll need to know your CRM credentials, which might be different to your domain credentials used by Microsoft Dynamics AX.


Atlas is available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and can be used for both the on premise and CRM Online installations.

 



Access data outside your ERP from Microsoft SQL Databases

 

Many organizations use software that stores information in Microsoft SQL databases. These systems may be outside of your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application but are key to the operation of your business. They may also be legacy systems; that contain valuable historic data. Using Atlas, you can now gain access to these systems so that you can integrate the information they contain into reports from your other business systems.

Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, SSAS, is an online analytical processing (OLAP), data mining and reporting tool in Microsoft SQL Server. SSAS is used as a tool by organizations to analyze and make sense of information possibly spread out across multiple databases, or in disparate tables. Typically, these are accessed via specialized software programs or from within an Excel pivot table.

With Atlas you now have the ability to access these cubes so that you can deliver reporting that goes beyond the pivot table opening the data contained in them to different report presentation options. For example single reporting and table report. You can also use your cube data inside other Office apps like, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
